• Description from Website: Play4Autism offers a variety of programs designed to help children & adults on the autism spectrum develop social, communication, and leadership skills through sports and recreational activities.These programs are part of the “Kidz into Action” initiative, which aims to improve the self-esteem and social interaction of children & adults on the spectrum through interactive activities in a healthy, loving, and inclusive environment.

• Kidz Into Action Program:

  • In NYC, offered in Queens and Manhattan

  • Ages 3+

  • Programs designed to create inclusive community for children and adults. Individuals w/ autism and people with diverse abilities can thrive in a supportive environment. 

  • Programs Offered:

    • Open Sports Club:

      • Saturdays, from 11am to 1pm, every other week

      • Location: Dry Harbor Playground, Forest Park Drive 80-9, 80-11 Myrtle Ave, Glendale, NY 11385

    • Bowling

    • Martial Arts

    • Cross Fit Fitness

    • Dance

    • Fitness Club

    • Creative “yoga” 

    • Weekend Basketball + Soccer

• Annual Membership: 

  • One Child:$95.00

  • Two Children: $165.00

  • Three Children: $240.00

  • Perks: 

    • 1. Weekend Open Sports Programs, Sports, Arts & Crafts and Creative "YOGA" Fitness Clubs are "Free of Charge." 

    • 2. All other programs have significant discounts for members.
